A jury found Phillip Hernandez guilty of felony criminal mischief, determined that he was a habitual offender, and sentenced him to thirty years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He complains that ineffective assistance of counsel denied him a fair trial. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
