This is a tort action. Appellee Stephen M. Moreau originally sued appellant, the City of Dallas, and two city employees in libel, alleging that appellants employees maliciously published a letter discharging him from city employment. From a judgment based on favorable jury findings, the City of Dallas appeals. We reverse.
