This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of murder. A jury found Appellant guilty of the offense and found that a deadly weapon, a firearm, was used in commission of the offense. The jury assessed Appellants punishment at confinement for seventy-five years in the Texas Department of Corrections. We affirm.
