Defendant (Appellant) was charged and convicted of the commission of a felony (robbery) while armed[Footnote 1] and of inflicting injury in the commission of a robbery.[Footnote 2] Trial was by jury, and he was sentenced to consecutive terms of ten (10) years imprisonment and life imprisonment. His appeal raises the following issues.
