Rerish is organization of the evil which aims world domination. Dr.Takigawa who belongs Rerish choose Katagiri to become cyborg, but it's failed. Katagiri secede from party, but he notices that his body become black, he has muscular strength and jumping power. Katagiri starts fight Rerish as Shadowman.
